Kanagarathinam Sivaprahasam
Co-Founder & General Manager
Kanagarathinam Sivaprahasam brings decades of experience in government infrastructure and administration to her role as Co-Founder and General Manager at Smart Harvest. She is an engineer by education and training with a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Madras University. She oversees sourcing, procurement, logistics, and customer delivery—ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across the supply chain. Her expertise in managing large-scale operations adds strong governance and reliability to Smart Harvest’s agri-trade framework.
Suganthi Sudarsanam
Co-Founder & Director – Operations
Suganthi Sudarsanam is a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering and organizational leadership. She also has a Master degree in Engineer from Anna University. As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Smart Harvest, she leads the company’s core operational functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination across business activities. Her structured, execution-focused approach drives scalable and reliable agri-trade operations.
Dr. M. Rajakumar
Advisor – Sourcing & Quality Control
Dr. M. Rajakumar, Professor of Plant Pathology at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, brings over 30 years of expertise in bio-control and soil-borne pathogens. His research has shaped sustainable cultivation practices across diverse agro-climatic regions. He is also a contract farming specialist and worked as procurement consultant in Al Aziz Agro Impex and Sharan Cold Storage and Logistics in India. With over 40 scientific and outreach publications, coupled with his business expertise, he plays a key role at Smart Harvest in advising our sourcing and quality control systems, ensuring that every product meets our high standards for safety, traceability, and global compliance.
